Lock-up Garages / Storage Units in Warrington
We have a block of 5 lock-up garages located in the north of Warrington, not far from the Winwick Road (A49) and M62 junction. This ensures that these garages, whilst also being in a private, residential area, are also very conveniently located.
As with our units at our Stalybridge site, these garages are larger than average and are only a few years old.
Sizes and Capacity
Normal garages are 16 feet (5 metres) by 8 feet (2½ metres). In comparison, and as with the bulk of our garages at Stalybridge, our Warrington garages are quite a lot bigger, having internal dimensions of 18 feet (5½ metres) by 9 feet (2¾ metres). This makes them more than large enough for most modern cars; whilst, as storage units, they provide over 160 square feet / 1,050 cubic feet (15 square metres / 30 cubic metres) of very useful space.
This represents very good value for money for the price we currently charge.
