We have 6 lock-up garages/storage units conveniently located on the outskirts of Timperley Village. These garages are enclosed within 2 metre high wrought-iron railings and gates ensuring that they have a very high-level of security.
In late 2011/early 2012, in addition to these railings, we also completely refurbished the garages on this site via the installation of modern Hormann doors for every garage, re-laying the concrete driveway and re-painting all of the garages.
Most standard garages are 16 feet long by 8 feet wide (5 metres by 2½ metres). Our garages in Timperley Village are quite unique in the fact that they are 18 feet (5½ metres) long. This, coupled with a standard garage width of 8 feet (2½ metres), equates to a very usable 145 square feet / 950 cubic feet (14 square metres / 28 cubic metres) of storage space.
The vast majority of our Timperley Village tenants use their garages purely for storage which, at the price we currently charge, represents great value for money.
