Lock-up Garages / Storage Units in Sale
We have a block of 8 brick built lock-up garages/storage units located in the Ashton-on-Mersey/Sale area . As with all of our other sites, these garages are located in an established residential area.
A number of our exisiting tenants reside in the immediate vicinity and this, coupled with them being tucked away and overlooked by so many private apartments, enhances the security of these storage units.
Sizes and Capacity
Measuring 15½ feet by 8 feet (4¾ metres by 2½ metres), each lock-up garage is large enough for a family-sized car. In addition, they are taller than average at 8 feet (2½ metres) high. These dimensions equate to approximately 125 square feet / 1,000 cubic feet (12 square metres / 30 cubic metres) of useful space.
As the vast majority of our tenants tend to use their garages purely for storage, we believe that for the price we currently charge, this amount of storage space represents particularly good value for money.
